Ehime University has three educational organizations in the field of science and engineering in addition to faculties in other fields: the Faculty of Engineering, which is in charge of bachelor’s programs in engineering; the Faculty of Science, which is in charge of bachelor’s programs in science; and the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, which is in charge of master's and doctoral programs in science and engineering. These three organizations conduct educational activities in cooperation with each other and with related advanced research centers. Most of the faculty and administrative staff members are responsible for both undergraduate and graduate programs. On the other hand, each student belongs to one of these organizations, depending on the desired degree and field of study. In most cases, interdepartmental agreements between foreign universities and our Graduate School of Science and Engineering are in effect for all three of these organizations.
